<p>Lo stesso testo ripetuto in tutte le pagine (nel primo caso la biografia di un consulente era la stessa di tutti, nel secondo le origini dell&#8217;azienda in tutte le pagine, compresa quella del catering).</p>
<p>Di fronte a una sciatteria tale, non posso che trarre una conclusione: finto testo = gente finta.</p>
<p>Voi cosa pensereste di uno che, dopo avervi stretto la mano, risponde la stessa cosa a qualsiasi domanda gli facciate?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Focus per non perdere di vista le cose importanti, non confondere le idee fondamentali con quelle <em>solo carine</em>.</p>
<p>Equilibrio per capire quando fermarsi, quanto chiedere agli altri e a me stesso, dove spingere e dove trattenersi.</p>
<p>Energia per riempire di azione i piani attualmente sulla carta.</p>
<p>Idee per risolvere i problemi, quelli che vedo e quelli che arriveranno, senza ricadere in formule già usate, quindi sbagliate per definizione in un mondo che cambia.</p>
<p>Slancio, perché solo muovendoti riesci a stare vivo.</p>
<p>Amici, perché da soli, nulla può funzionare.</p>
<p>E soprattutto, più futuro: uno sguardo più lungo e fiducioso su quello che ci aspetta, una presa maggiore sui giorni e sugli anni, una presenza capace di incidere sulla realtà delle nostre vite, in termini di sostenibilità, di progettualità, di futuro, appunto.</p>
<p>Per me, per la mia famiglia, per la mia città, i miei coworker, per tutti.</p>
<p>Chiedo troppo? Secondo me è ancora poco, ma per questi 12 mesi può bastare ;-)</p>

<p>Ho portato con me <strong><a href="http://lafeltrinelli.it/products/9788850330065/Twitter/Dardi_Federica.html?prkw=twitter&amp;srch=0&amp;Cerca.x=14&amp;Cerca.y=12&amp;cat1=&amp;prm=" target="_blank">questo libretto</a></strong> per quasi tutto l&#8217;anno (era il 1° marzo <strong><a title="twitter di dardi / apogeo" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/2011/03/01/nuovo-libro-sul-comodino-twitter-di-federica-dardi-apogeo/" target="_blank">quando lo misi sul comodino</a></strong>), e ancora adesso è qui accanto al mio computer, sulla cui scrivania è peraltro ben piazzata anche <a href="http://lafeltrinelli.it/products/9788850313082/Twitter/Dardi_Federica.html?prkw=twitter&amp;srch=0&amp;Cerca.x=14&amp;Cerca.y=12&amp;cat1=&amp;prm=" target="_blank"><strong>la copia digitale, in pdf</strong></a>.</p>
<p>Per me, il bello del lavoro online ha molto a che fare con <em>l&#8217;estendere la rete.</em></p>
<p>Con questo intendo dire che sono particolarmente attratto dai modi, lavori, opportunità di portare rete dove non c&#8217;è.</p>
<p>&#8220;Portare rete&#8221; significa anche usare strumenti nuovi, strumenti in grado di modificare i modi in ci ci si relaziona l&#8217;uno con l&#8217;altro, e <strong><a title="twitter wikipedia" href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twitter" target="_blank">Twitter</a></strong> &#8211; come sa bene chiunque si sia mai avvicinato a questo social network &#8211; è così diverso da risultare addirittura spiazzante.</p>
<p>In tutto questo, un libro come quello di <strong><a title="federica dardi su twitter" href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/federicadardi" target="_blank">Federica Dardi</a>, </strong> aka <strong><a title="federica dardi su twitter" href="http://twitter.com/elisondo" target="_blank">@elisondo</a></strong> è un bell&#8217;aiuto: insegna, spiega, avvicina, aiuta, accompagna, suggerisce, risponde, stimola, diverte.</p>
<p>Personalmente, è l&#8217;approccio che preferisco, quello più utile a chi con queste cose ci lavora (come il <strong><a title="monkey business milano" href="http://www.monkeybusinessmilano.it" target="_blank">sottoscritto</a></strong>) ma anche più corretto verso chi queste cose le vorrebbe mettere nella giusta prospettiva: quelle di strumenti utili a farci qualcosa&#8230;</p>
<p>Insomma, alla domanda tipica di chi non riesce a &#8220;entrare&#8221; nello spirito di Twitter, ora c&#8217;è una risposta: un libretto blu edito da Apogeo e scritto da <strong><a href="http://www.legattediviaplinio.it/chi-siamo/" target="_blank">una blogger</a></strong> che ama i libri e <strong><a href="http://www.apogeonline.com/webzine/2011/03/07/il-futuro-dei-libri-e-sempre-piu-elettronico" target="_blank">ne studia presente e futuro</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Dimenticavo&#8230; la mia solita frase che riassume il libro:</p>
<blockquote><p><em>Prima di giudicare frettolosamente un modo di comunicare che avvicina  qualcosa come <strong><a href="http://www.ilpost.it/2011/03/21/come-si-usa-twitter/" target="_blank">460.000 persone al giorno tutti i giorni</a></strong>, concedetevi il lusso di capirlo in un modo che non richiede nessuna fatica: un libro scritto bene.</em></p></blockquote>

<p>Si chiama <strong><a title="Headliners di Pasquale Diaferia" href="http://www.ibs.it/code/9788890637308/diaferia-pasquale/the-headliners-immagine.html" target="_blank">Headliners</a></strong> un libro appena uscito sui migliori <strong><a title="Copywriter su wikipedia" href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copywriter" target="_blank">copywriter</a></strong> della pubblicità italiana. Anni fa avrei dato un braccio per esserci.</p>
<p>La <strong><a title="Headline on Wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headline" target="_blank">headline</a></strong> &#8211; cioè il titolo del giornale, che nella pubblicità diventa il titolo dell&#8217;annuncio pubblicitario &#8211; è stata infatti per molti anni l&#8217;oggetto ossessivo delle mie giornate (e nottate) di lavoro. Divoravo gli annual, invidiavo quelle dei miei direttori creativi, sudavo mille camicie per produrne di buone.</p>
<p>Valeva per le headline, per i testi degli spot, soprattutto valeva per le idee di comunicazione, frutto di una magica alchimia tra parti testuali e visive di un messaggio, e quindi tra copywriter e art director.</p>
<p>Anni straordinariamente intensi, circa dieci, dalla metà degli &#8217;80 in poi, di cui ricordo vivamente le lezioni dei <strong><a title="Confessioni di una macchina per scrivere" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/2008/12/19/ho-letto-confessioni-di-una-macchina-per-scrivere/" target="_blank">maestri</a></strong>, le emozioni delle campagne finalmente in tv e sui giornali, la frenesia delle premiazioni dell&#8217;<strong><a title="Art Directors Club Italiano" href="http://adci.it/" target="_blank">art directors club</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Poi son successe delle cose.</p>
<p>Ho aperto questo blog, nel 2007, <strong><a title="Le cose cambiano" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/2007/04/25/le-cose-cambiano/" target="_blank">riflettendo</a></strong> sul fatto che la gente entrava nel mio ufficio e mi parlava di marketing, non più di messaggi.<br />
Ne ho aperto un altro che monitorava le aziende che facevano comunicazione&#8230; ascoltando (si chiamava <strong>Aziende con le Orecchie</strong>).</p>
<p>In <strong><a title="Monkey Business, l'agenzia di Laura Coppola e Massimo Carraro" href="http://www.monkeybusinessmilano.it" target="_blank">Monkey Business</a></strong>, la mia agenzia, nasceva una <strong><a title="&quot;Nuove sensibilità&quot; su Monkey Business" href="http://monkeybusinessmilano.it/2007/09/18/una-nuova-sensibilita/" target="_blank">nuova sensibilità</a>.</strong></p>
<p>Adesso mi sento lontano dal mondo delle headline. Adesso la pubblicità mi sembra una <strong><a title="Oh my marketing, by Massimo Carraro" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/2011/09/20/alzo-gli-occhi-dal-computer-e-molte-cose-mi-sembrano-parodie-di-se-stesse/" target="_blank">parodia di se stessa</a></strong>. Adesso, quando prendo in mano un quotidiano, vi trovo le notizie del giorno prima, che anch&#8217;io &#8211; come milioni di persone in tutto il mondo &#8211; ho visto già su Twitter o Google News.</p>
<p>Per questi motivi, adesso quel libro non mi interessa più tanto. Forse il libro in cui mi piacerebbe essere adesso, si dovrebbe intitolare <em>The Hashtaggers</em>.</p>

<p>Mi chiedo se è l&#8217;effetto di una dieta mediatica prolungata, che dura ormai da alcuni anni (<strong><a title="tim ferriss su oh my marketing!" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/2007/07/16/ho-letto-the-4-hour-workweek/" target="_blank">tim ferriss e la sua low information diet</a></strong> docet)&#8230; quando non vedi le cose per molto tempo, possono succederti cose così. O magari è il mio solito carattere che si stufa subito.</p>
<p>Di certo è meglio <em>fare</em> (scrivere, leggere, parlare) che <em>guardare</em> (la tv, il convegno, i personaggi).</p>
<p>Quando mi succede così mi viene da alzarmi, aprire il computer e <em>costruire</em>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vengo a sapere che il <strong><a title="Il coworking network di Cowo" href="http://coworkingproject.com" target="_blank">progetto Cowo</a></strong> forse entrerà in un progetto, più ampio, dedicato alle città sostenibili. In effetti, il <strong><a title="Coworking su Wikipedia" href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coworking" target="_blank">coworking</a></strong> è riconosciuto come &#8220;sostenibile&#8221;.</p>
<p>Questo della sostenibilità è un tema che mi trovo ad affrontare sempre più spesso, nei discorsi e nei pensieri.</p>
<p>Cosa vuol dire, alla fine, sostenibilità? Perché Cowo è sostenibile? E cosa non lo è?</p>
<p>Non dico queste cose col cappello dell&#8217;uomo di marketing, ma con le scarpe del cittadino consumatore.</p>
<p>Mi viene da usare una espressione giovanile: una cosa è sostenibile se <em>ci sto dentro</em>. Se <em>ci stai dentro</em>, è sostenibile.</p>
<p>Così, non è sostenibile dover pagare 3.000 euro di inps appena apri una società (prima ancora di fare la prima fattura). Oppure iniziare l&#8217;acquisto online di un volo low cost, e scoprire solo alla fine che pagare con carta di credito costa varie decine di euro (che magari raddoppiano il prezzo del biglietto pubblicizzato). O ancora, non è sostenibile sfogliare una rivista e trovarsi metà delle pagine di pubblicità. O ricevere due telefonate di telemarketing al giorno. O chiedere la trasferibilità del numero di cellulare e rimanere settimane in attesa. O chiedere un&#8217;informazione a un servizio clienti e ricevere risposte diverse a seconda dell&#8217;operatore. O andare all&#8217;agenzia delle entrate con un appuntamento e trovarsi altre 20 persone con lo stesso appuntamento. O comperare un&#8217;automobile che perde il 20% del valore il minuto che l&#8217;hai pagata.</p>
<p>Potrei andare avanti. A pensarci, viviamo, in condizioni di forte insostenibilità, e il marketing c&#8217;entra parecchio.</p>
<p>Per questo mi piace e mi intriga l&#8217;attività del coworking.</p>
<p>Sia <strong><a title="Coworking a Milano, in Via Ventura 3" href="http://coworkingmilano.com/" target="_blank">l&#8217;attività in sé</a></strong>, sia il suo <strong><a title="Coworking Marketing" href="http://coworkingmilano.com/category/coworking-marketing/" target="_blank">marketing</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Ieri uno studente mi ha fatto notare come la frase <em>&#8220;prova a guadagnare qualche euro con il coworking&#8221;</em> &#8211; presente dal 1° febbraio 2009 nella home page del sito Cowo &#8211; possa &#8220;far pensare a un business&#8221;.</p>
<p>In questa timida osservazione c&#8217;era un velato rimprovero, come se &#8220;business&#8221; fosse il male, e come se il concetto di &#8220;sostenibilità&#8221; non potesse avvicinarsi a quello di &#8220;profitto&#8221;.</p>
<p>Pareva dirmi: <em>tu prometti un guadagno, non puoi promettere anche la sostenibilità.</em></p>
<p>Invece, secondo me, un profitto ci deve essere, perché profitto = risorse, risorse = vita del progetto.<br />
Senza risorse i progetti muoiono, e senza progetti nuovi, ahimé, continueremo a stare nell&#8217;insostenibile insostenibilità di cui sopra.</p>
<p>E infatti, con Cowo, il profitto lo cerco, in modo lucido e attento, ma divertendomi a tenerlo <em>al secondo posto, dopo le relazioni.<br />
</em>Ecco cos&#8217;è la sostenibilità, per me. E il marketing deve seguire <em>questa</em> logica, basata &#8211; indovinate un po&#8217;? &#8211; <strong><a title="Un quarto d'ora di marketing tutte le mattine" href="http://coworkingmilano.com/2010/06/10/un-quarto-dora-di-marketing-tutte-le-mattine/" target="_blank">sulle persone</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Quindi: cerco di guadagnare di più <strong><a title="Far tornare i conti in uno spazio di coworking" href="http://coworkingmilano.com/2009/09/27/far-tornare-i-conti-in-un-coworking/" target="_blank">seguendo una strada diversa dalla massimizzazione del profitto</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Provo ad aumentare il profitto <strong>abbassando i prezzi</strong> e <strong><a title="Cowo Milano/Lambrate, aperto 24/7" href="http://coworkingmilano.com/2009/04/14/e-se-voglio-lavorare-la-notte-cowo-247/" target="_blank">aumentando i servizi</a></strong>, per esempio.</p>
<p>Perché alla base del business del coworking (ammesso che esista) non è la massimizzazione del profitto, ma la massimizzazione della sostenibilità.</p>
<p>Quindi: Più sostenibilità = più business = più profitto.<br />
Detta così può sembrare semplice, ma non lo è. E&#8217; una follia, invece, ma &#8211; ne converrete &#8211; una follia più bella di quella che si vede ogni giorno nelle news economico-finanziarie&#8230;</p>
<p>(Forse qualcuno penserà che sono un ricco eccentrico che gioca alle teorie del business. Invece ho ancora 12 anni di mutuo prima casa, davanti a me. Ma sono convinto che un modo diverso di portare avanti le attività imprenditoriali &#8211; finalmente lontano dall&#8217;ossessione della crescita infinita, del profitto a tutti i costi, degli investitori da remunerare &#8211; sia <del>possibile</del> sostenibile).</p>

Apogeo)" href="http://www.lafeltrinelli.it/fcom/it/home/Speciali/Marketing-Horror.html" target="_blank">un&#8217;intera collana di 8 titoli</a></strong>, edita da Apogeo/Feltrinelli e in vendita a 99 centesimi cad) mi sento in dovere di pormi la questione degli ebook, e magari di ricomprarmi un iPad (il primo è caduto vittima della scarsa connessione in casa mia) o un reader&#8230;</p>
<p>In sintesi, le cose che mi preme scoprire sono:</p>
<ul>
<li>Troverò Dostoevskij, nel caso mi venisse voglia di leggerlo in digitale? (Per dire: come sarà il catalogo dei titoli disponibili, anzi: disponibili in italiano?&#8230;)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Si potrà fare qualche sottolineatura, o prendere qualche appunto a margine, in qualche balordo modo digitale?</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Che lettore è meglio acquistare? Io sono di famiglia Apple, ma non sono mai entrato in sintonia con iTunes, iPhoto, la sincronizzazione dei contatti e tante altre cose della mela&#8230;</li>
</ul>
<p>Magari in agosto mi ci dedico.</p>

<p>Grazie a <a title="Free Wi-Fi hot spot" href="http://www.simplespot.it" target="_blank">SimpleSpot</a>, ce l&#8217;abbiamo fatta. Cosa? Ad avverare un mio sogno per <a title="The Cowo Coworking Network" href="http://coworkingproject.com" target="_blank">Cowo</a>.</p>

<p>Da ieri sera a stamattina, già due coworking ne hanno fatto richiesta (Bravi <a title="Spazio di coworking a Firenze, affiliato Cowo" href="http://coworkingproject.com/coworking-network/firenzemattonaia" target="_blank">Cowo Firenze/Mattonaia</a> e <a title="Spazio di coworking a Omegna, affiliato Cowo" href="http://coworkingproject.com/coworking-network/omegna-gravellona-toce" target="_blank">Cowo Omegna/Gravellona Toce</a>!), con <a title="Spazio di coworking a Milano Lambrate, affiliato Cowo" href="http://coworkingmilano.com" target="_blank">Cowo Milano/Lambrate</a> siamo già in tre.</p>
<p>Non mi aspetto che tutti i <a title="La rete di coworking della rete Cowo" href="http://coworkingproject.com/coworking-network" target="_blank">58 spazi di coworking</a> aderiscano, come so bene che coloro che viaggiano da un Cowo all&#8217;altro sono ancora pochissimi.</p>
<p>Ma noi iniziamo, iniziamo sempre. Non sappiamo dove arriviamo, ma di sicuro non rimarremo a casa ;-)</p>

<p>Eh eh, non riesco a nascondere l&#8217;orgoglio per quanto sto per scrivere.</p>
<p>Tre anni fa, con <a title="Roberto Ghislandi (Web Marketing Garden)" href="http://www.webmarketinggarden.it/wmg/ci-presentiamo/roberto-ghislandi/" target="_blank">Roberto Ghislandi di Web Marketing Garden</a> ci inventammo degli agili libretti digitali, impostati sugli errori più plateali commessi nel marketing.</p>
<p>Siccome gli errori erano grossi, li ribattezzammo <em>orrori</em>.</p>
<p><a title="Gli ebook &quot;marketing horror&quot; di Carraro e Ghislandi (versione light)" href="http://ohmymarketing.wordpress.com/?s=horror" target="_blank">Ideare la serie del &#8220;marketing horror&#8221;</a> fu un attimo :-)</p>
<p>Tre anni e quattromila copie dopo (sì, quattromila copie!) , la serie è sul punto di diventare una collana di 8 titoli tra gli <a title="Gli ebook di Apogeo" href="http://www.apogeonline.com/Ebook" target="_blank">ebook di Apogeo</a> (casa editrice del gruppo Feltrinelli che <a title="Apogeo: con gli ebook l'informatica arriva prima" href="http://www.apogeoeditore.com/2011/07/noi-cominciamo-dall%E2%80%99ebook.html" target="_blank">tiene in grande considerazione i lettori digitali</a>).</p>
<p>La proposta di Apogeo, oltre ad averci lusingato, ha anche stimolato Roberto e me verso un ripensamento completo degli ebook, con relativa integrazione di contenuti, operazione per cui non avremmo mai trovato tempo e reale motivazione.</p>
<p>Ora tutti gli ebook &#8211; nati, non dimentichiamolo, con la preziosa <a title="Come nasce un ebook della serie &quot;Marketing Horror&quot;" href="http://monkeybusinessmilano.it/2010/09/16/come-nasce-un-horror-book/" target="_blank">collaborazione dell&#8217;art director Laura Coppola (Monkey Business)</a> &#8211; sono stati rivisti e rimpolpati, e il numero di pagine di ognuno è salito da 20-25 a circa una cinquantina.</p>
<p>L&#8217;accordo con Apogeo ci permette comunque di continuare a <a title="Gli ebook della serie &quot;marketing horror&quot;, di Carraro e Ghislandi" href="http://www.marketinghorror.it" target="_blank">distribuire gli ebook gratuitamente</a> nella versione &#8220;light&#8221;, mentre le versioni complete verranno vendute, online, a 99 centesimi.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Questa domenica la gita fuori porta prevede una mezz&#8217;ora davanti a un microfono, dove sono stato gentilmente invitato a parlare di coworking e sostenibilità.</p>
<p>Mentre ringrazio Alberto Mariani che mi ha coinvolto tra i relatori di <strong><a href="http://www.verdiamociasovico.it">veRdiamoci a Sovico</a></strong>, domenica 22/5 alle 17, rifletto sul fatto che <a href="http://coworkingproject.com"><strong>Cowo</strong></a> dà il meglio di sè quando va oltre l&#8217;affitto della scrivania, per proporre qualcosa, qualunque altra cosa che aggiunga valore al progetto (Alberto è infatti cowomanager del <a href="http://coworkingproject.com/network/sovico-monza"><strong>Cowo Sovico/Monza</strong></a>).</p>
<p>In altre parole: il coworking come piattaforma, che ognuno interpreta e utilizza.</p>
<p>Ho sempre pensato che dovesse funzionare così, ma il vederlo succedere nella realtà, sempre di più (<a href="http://coworkingproject.com/2011/05/16/il-26-maggio-uscite-dalle-tane-cowo-romatiburtina-organizza-lopen-cowo/"><strong>Open Cowo a Roma</strong></a>, programma elettorale a <strong><a href="http://coworkingproject.com/?s=piattaforma">Pordenone</a></strong>, piattaforma di progetti a <a href="http://coworkingproject.com/2011/03/07/al-cowo-udineufficity-una-buona-idea-tira-laltra-tre-videointerviste/"><strong>Udine</strong></a>, <a href="http://coworkingproject.com/?s=cowocamp"><strong>cowocamp</strong></a>&#8230;), è un vero piacere.</p>

<p>E con Internet, le possibilità dell&#8217;<em>autoformazione</em> (si chiama così no?) si sono letteralmente moltiplicate&#8230; altro che vetrine delle librerie, leggendo in rete si può imparare praticamente tutto.</p>
<p>E&#8217; questo spirito che ci ha spinto a condividere online le due giornate di formazione che svolgeremo domani e dopodomani (9 e 10 maggio) a Milano, sui temi della Multicanalità, Presenza Online, Email Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, SEO, Adwords.</p>
<p>Per avere due intere giornate di formazione su questo insieme di temi &#8211; piuttosto rilevanti direi &#8211; trattati con la concretezza e l&#8217;approccio diretto tipici di <strong><a href="http://www.webmarketinggarden.it">Web Marketing Garden</a></strong>, basta seguire il mio account Twitter (<strong><a href="http://twitter.com/maxthemonkey">@maxthemonkey</a></strong>) da domani alle 9 fino a dopodomani alle 18.</p>
<p>Il <strong><a href="http://www.buonmarketing.it">corso di #buonmarketing</a></strong> potete seguirlo anche così, senza spendere un soldo né muovervi dal vostro computer.</p>
<p>Non avrete il contatto con il docente, né la possibilità di vedere le slides, e nemmeno i libri in omaggio&#8230; ma nulla di tutto questo è importante, se c&#8217;è la voglia di imparare una bella sfilza di tweet possono fare miracoli :-)</p>

<p>Io farò solo i social media, il 9 pomeriggio.</p>
<p>Comunque sia, venite, si può partecipare anche una sola delle due giornate, e i costi dono davvero bassi. C&#8217;è perfino una convenzione per dormire a Milano a un prezzo supersmart.</p>
